RO Engine + QuickBooks Online

For independent auto repair shops using RO Engine

RO Engine sends your shop's closed repair orders to QuickBooks Online automatically: an invoice for each repair order with its payments, or one summary journal entry per day, whichever your bookkeeper prefers. Payments, cash and check discounts, reopened and voided repair orders and reversed payments are kept in step, and nothing is posted twice.

Open QuickBooks in your RO Engine

Each shop has its own RO Engine address, like yourshop.roengine.com. It's in your welcome email and it's the address you sign in at every day.

  1. Sign in to your shop's RO Engine.
  2. Go to Settings → Accounting.
  3. From there you can connect QuickBooks, choose the accounts entries post to, and see everything that has been sent.
