RO Engine was built inside a Shop-Ware shop. When we left, we wrote the importer — and it's the same one we'll run for you. Your whole history comes with you, down to the photos and the penny.
A CSV export flattens your history into rows. We read each repair order from Shop-Ware in full, the way it looks on screen, so it arrives the same way.
Services, labor, parts, sublets, fees and discounts, with the totals you actually charged.
Green, yellow and red results with your techs' notes, attached to the job they belong to.
RO notes with their photo attachments, downloaded and stored with us, not linked back to Shop-Ware.
Every payment and refund, so a closed RO still reads as paid.
Contact details and every vehicle, with the history that goes with it.
Declined and deferred work comes back up on the next visit. Your appointment history comes along too.
It's free because we already built it for ourselves, and a shop that arrives with its history stays. There's no migration fee, and it's not tied to a contract, because there isn't one: RO Engine is month to month.
Shop-Ware is the one system we import from automatically today. Coming from something else? Tell us. The first shop from each system is the one we build its importer with.
And if you'd rather talk to a person first, the person is the shop owner who built it, and he still writes repair orders every week.
